Reginald (Reggie) Bennett, is the CEO and President of The Legacy Empowerment Solutions Group, LLC, as well as a visionary leader and skilled Principal Data Analyst at Genesys. With over 30 years of experience in analytics and business intelligence, Reggie holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, a Graduate Certificate from Georgia Tech, and a BA in Economics from Dickinson College. Reginald’s career spans leading financial institutions, including the Federal Reserve Bank of New York and Morgan Stanley, where he specialized in strategy and statistical data analysis. He has also held key roles at Delta Air Lines, Ernst & Young, and Genesys, leading initiatives in revenue optimization, financial modeling, data visualization, and customer success. A trained financial literacy educator, Reggie actively champions DEI and promotes analytics education for underrepresented youth, affirming his critical role in shaping the future through Legacy Empowerment Group and beyond.
Ayanna Hill-Gill
Ayanna Hill-Gill, affectionately known as Yanni, is the Co-Founder and COO of The Legacy Empowerment Solutions Group, LLC and the President of ADVIS (Advancing Independent Schools). With over three decades of experience in educational leadership, Yanni holds degrees in Biology and Chemistry from Dickinson College and an Ed.M. in Organizational Leadership from Teachers College, Columbia University. Her career highlights include transformative roles as Head of School at Atlanta Girls' School and Purnell School, where she led significant initiatives that increased enrollment and endowments, expanded academic programs, and modernized facilities. Beyond her school leadership, Yanni applies her transformative coaching style at Legacy Empowerment Solutions Group to empower individuals and drive significant personal and professional growth. Her influence extends nationally through board service for several educational and community organizations, championing equity, financial literacy, STEM, and leadership development for underserved communities. Yanni's commitment to fostering inclusive environments and developing future leaders continues to impact the educational landscape profoundly.
